We have apartments for up to 6 people, so the price per day can vary accordingly. Other factors include the day of the week (Friday and Saturday are generally more expensive) and the season. In some buildings, a local tax or tourist tax is added to the apartment price. This is usually payable by persons aged 17 and over and is charged as a fixed amount per night in Lower Austria, in addition to the apartment price. In Vienna, the local tax is always included in the apartment price.

Arrival is possible from 2:00 PM at all properties, except in Vienna (Farmer's Market Apartments Vienna), where it is possible from 1:00 PM. Earlier arrival or later departure is only possible in exceptional circumstances and only with prior written confirmation . Generally, early check-in or late check-out is subject to a fee. Yes, with the exception of the Farmer's Market Apartments, both bicycle and ski storage rooms are available in all buildings. These are lockable and accessible from the garden.

No, breakfast and other meals are not provided. We offer fully equipped holiday apartments, but without meals. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and dining areas, allowing you to prepare and enjoy all your own meals. Alternatively, there are several restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity of all our holiday homes and apartments. Please see "Experience" for more information.

Our holiday homes in Gloggnitz, Payerbach, and Reichenau are located near the Semmering and Stuhleck ski areas. These can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The Mönichkirchen ski area is also about 45 minutes away. From Melk, the small Jauerling ski area can be reached in 30 minutes, and the larger Lackenhof and Hochkar ski areas in about an hour.

Dogs (and cats) are only allowed in the Payerbach Apartments; they are not permitted in any other accommodations. All other animals are strictly prohibited. If you are staying with your dog or cat in the Payerbach Apartments, please ensure that your pet sleeps in its own bed and not on the sofas or beds. Please take your pets for walks only outside the holiday home (including the garden!).

The Farmer's Market Apartments in Vienna have an elevator, and all apartments are accessible without steps. All other buildings do not have an elevator; residents must climb up to two flights of stairs.

No, unfortunately we do not offer apartments for people with reduced mobility. This is due to the building's structure, as all the houses date back to the 19th century.

Three of our properties offer a sauna: Landhaus Blauer Spatz in Reichenau, Landhaus Dodo, and the Altstadt Apartments in Melk. The saunas at Blauer Spatz and Dodo are garden saunas, and an outdoor shower is also available (weather permitting). The sauna at the Altstadt Apartments in Melk is located inside the building and is accessible from the garden. A toilet and shower are also available there.All saunas can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please switch the sauna on yourself; operating instructions are available in the sauna area of the buildings.

The bed linen for the sofa beds, as well as the towels for guests sleeping on them, can be found inside the sofa. Please open the sofa and remove the linen. The sofa beds are not prepared in advance, as most guests prefer to use them as sofas before sleeping.

You will receive detailed information about this from us upon booking.In the loft on the main square in Gloggnitz, a private, exclusive parking space is available in the courtyard, directly in front of the holiday apartment.

Guests are welcome to use the grills. Charcoal, etc., must be provided by the guest. We kindly ask that you clean the grills after use.

We do not offer bicycle or ski equipment rentals ourselves. Ski equipment can be rented in the Semmering, Stuhleck, or Mönichkirchen ski areas. Regarding bicycle rentals, we recommend researching online or contacting the respective tourist office. This is because rental bike providers change frequently.

Many of our apartments have washing machines. Please check the apartment description for details.There are NO washing machines in the Farmer's Market Apartments in Vienna; however, there is a laundromat a 3-minute walk away (Green & Clean, Thaliastrasse 7).

We do not offer transfers. However, all our apartments are easily accessible from Vienna Airport (VIE) by public transport. Alternatively, there are companies that offer relatively inexpensive transfers to all our apartments. We ask that you check these options online.

No, our apartments are not cleaned daily. As with all vacation rentals, there is no daily cleaning, only a final cleaning at the end of your stay. This is already included in the price. No, of course not! All our apartments are fully equipped, including bed linen, towels (2 per person), sauna towel (in those buildings with a sauna), etc. However, the linen is not changed but is provided for the entire duration of your stay. You can barbecue, relax, eat, drink, enjoy the sun on the numerous loungers and benches, and watch the birds. Some gardens even have a small berry and fruit patch. Children can play; Landhaus Dodo even has a small playhouse. Otherwise, the usual civilized rules apply: respect others, leave things as you found them, don't break anything, don't trample the flowers, and don't leave any trash (including cigarette butts).Furthermore, a table tennis table is available in the Landhaus Dodo and the Landhaus Blauer Spatz, including seating, paddles, balls, etc. Please treat them with care.Cars stay out on the street. It's convenient and safe parking there. And the garden belongs to the people.
